Site Analysis
Before we begin your design, we complete a site analysis. We assess your unique site and key factors such as sun paths, breezes, noise, and good or bad views. It’s also the ideal time to plan access and on-site works so the build and installation run as smoothly as possible.
Quote & contract
For custom projects, this is where we go through a design brief together. If you require any council or building approvals, we begin the planning process here. We prefer to tackle the tricky questions first to ensure there are no surprises along the way.
Design
You’ll meet with our interior designer to review layouts, materials, and selections. From there, plans progress from the initial concept to detailed drawings. Once the design matches your vision and all choices are finalised, we prepare a fixed-price contract to begin construction.
Construction
Construction is carried out in three clear stages: Trailer and Subfloor, Lock-Up, and Practical Completion. You can expect regular updates from our builders so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.
Move in
The most exciting day of the entire process! Delivery of your new home and any additional site and customisation work if required.

How are the homes delivered to my property?
Your home is delivered as a prefabricated module or kit, depending on the model you choose. We coordinate the transport, craning and on-site placement so the arrival is smooth and stress-free.
What’s included in the price?
Your quote covers the prefab structure, materials, engineering, and build specifications, plus delivery and installation options. Off-grid systems, site works and council fees can be added depending on your plans.
Do you deliver to rural or remote locations?
Yes. We deliver Australia-wide, including regional and hard-to-access sites. During planning, we’ll assess your access route and prepare a delivery plan that suits your land.
How does the approval and council process work?
We’ll map out what your local council requires and provide the plans, engineering and documentation needed for approval. Some models qualify for exempt development, making the process faster and simpler.
Do your homes come off-grid-ready?
Absolutely. We can prepare your home for solar, batteries, septic and rainwater systems, or integrate them as part of your build. We’ll help you choose the right setup for your location and usage.
Can I customise the design of my prefab home?
